Just a Thought!

Those who hoot with the owls by night, should not fly with the eagles by day. Piloting is best done with a clear head and in clear skies.

Asking what a pilot thinks about TC is like asking a fireplug what it thinks about dogs.

One rule applies to almost EVERYTHING in aviation: if you’re not sure ASK and ASK AGAIN. You don’t know where to taxi, whether to hold short, whether your right turnout was approved? Go ahead and ask them!!!
-Bob

Always take personal responsibility to practice good risk management. You can’t help other if you are injured.
-Bob

The gorgeous little girl you are trying to impress probably has no idea how much danger you are exposing her to when you make a steep hanging on the prop climb-out from take off.
-Bob

Never fly in the same cockpit with someone braver than you.
- Bob

Accidents usually happen because people fail, and less often because machines fail.
- Bob

I have flown in just about everything, with all kinds of pilots in all parts of the world - British, French, Pakistani, Iranian, Japanese, Chinese - and there wasn't a dime's worth of difference between any of them except for one unchanging, certain fact: the best, most skillful pilot has the most experience. - Chuck Yeager

The last time we saw our intrepid pilots they were cold.......no make that frost bitten and exhausted, but happy to have completed their tour in the Spirit of Edmonton bi-plane, for many this would have been the end of the story.

But no, for Curtis Peters and Tom Hinderks this little discomfort was nothing and has spurred them on to their next adventure.
